Energy Boosting Vegan Protein Balls
Keep your vegan protein intake on point this St. Pattys day with this convenient and tasty protein balls recipe with DIESEL Vegan 100% Plant-Based Protein!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour Ground Oats
- 1 tbsp Matcha Spirulina Powder
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 scoop DIESEL Vegan Vanilla Ice Dream Plant Based Protein
- 1/2 cup Nut Butter Runny
- 1/2 oz Plant Milk
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Optional
- 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Optional
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients together: Oat Flour, Matcha Powder, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, DIESEL Vegan
- Add nut butter and mix
- add milk - you need more/less depending on the nut butter you're using
- Shape into balls
- Cover in shredded coconut if desired
