Decadent DIESEL Tiramisu Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop French Vanilla DIESEL New Zealand Whey Protein
  • 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 whole Egg white
  • 1/3 cup Cold-brew coffee
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 whole Banana
  • 1 sprinkle Cocoa Powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend rolled oats into flower
  • Mix 1 scoop of DIESEL protein, with flax, oat flour, and baking powder.
  • Mix egg with cold brew coffee and then add to the mixture from step 2
  • Mix into a batter, leave for 10 minutes, then cook 3 medium-sized pancakes
  • Blend together the vanilla extract, banana, 2oz of cold brew, and cottage cheese
  • Assemble a layered stack, and sprinkle cocoa powder throughout and on top
