Give yourself some much needed energy for your summer workouts with this refreshing Energy Boosting Iced Tea Recipe with PERFECT Sports BURN CYCLE!

  • 3 scoops BURN CYCLE Southern Sweet Tea
  • 2 tea bags Mint Tea
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 500 ml Cold Water
  • 500 ml Hot Boiling Water


  • Combine tea and hot water - let tea steep for at least 5 minutes
  • Remove tea bags and let cool completely
  • Combine BURN CYCLE and cold water - mix well
  • Combine both mixes together into pitcher
  • Slice lemons and add to pitcher
  • Place in fridge for a few hours
  • Serve and enjoy
