Energy Boosting Iced Tea
Give yourself some much needed energy for your summer workouts with this refreshing Energy Boosting Iced Tea Recipe with PERFECT Sports BURN CYCLE!
Ingredients
- 3 scoops BURN CYCLE Southern Sweet Tea
- 2 tea bags Mint Tea
- 1 whole Lemon
- 500 ml Cold Water
- 500 ml Hot Boiling Water
Instructions
- Combine tea and hot water - let tea steep for at least 5 minutes
- Remove tea bags and let cool completely
- Combine BURN CYCLE and cold water - mix well
- Combine both mixes together into pitcher
- Slice lemons and add to pitcher
- Place in fridge for a few hours
- Serve and enjoy
