Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop DIESEL Vegan Vanilla Ice Dream Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 3 whole Rice Cakes
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp Plant Milk
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 pinch Flaky Salt
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut

Instructions
 

  • Combine VEGAN DIESEL Vanilla Ice Dream Protein Powder with peanut butter. Add plant milk 1 tbsp at a time. The mixture should be thick but still easily spreadable on the rice cakes. 
  • Spread the mixture on the rice cakes. 
    Mash berries with the fork on top of the rice cakes. 
  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil and spread on top of the rice cakes. 
    Sprinkle with shredded coconut and/or flaky salt. 
  • Place in the fridge for at least an hour to set. 
    Serve & enjoy!
