Joseph “Bazooka Joe” Valtellini, a native of Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, is a celebrated Glory Kickboxing World Champion and Hall of Famer. Born on May 3, 1985, his journey into martial arts began at the age of 4, inspired by iconic martial arts films. Achieving a black belt in Tae Kwon Do by 10 and a 2nd Degree Black Belt by 14, he started kickboxing at 19, swiftly ascending to professional status. Despite the challenges of kickboxing’s legality in Ontario, Joseph carved a path for himself, going 7-0 with 7 knockouts in New York, which catapulted him into the limelight of the world’s largest kickboxing organization, Glory.

Post his competitive career, Joseph turned his focus to nurturing future talents in combat sports. He founded Bazooka Kickboxing & MMA in Toronto, reflecting his commitment to developing the next generation of champions. As the first inductee into the Glory Kickboxing Hall of Fame and the esteemed commentator for over 70 events, his influence extends beyond the ring.
