Layne Van Buskirk is a professional volleyball player from Windsor, Ontario, and a proud member of Team Canada. A standout athlete at the University of Pittsburgh, she secured three ACC Championships and earned All-American honors before taking her talents overseas to compete professionally in France and Germany. With women’s volleyball on the rise, she joined the inaugural season of the American Pro Volleyball Federation, playing for the Vegas Thrill, where she continues to compete. As a longtime member of the Canadian Women’s National Team, she has played a key role in elevating Canada’s global ranking. With LA 2028 in her sights, Layne remains focused on her ultimate goal—Olympic qualification.
