Raiyan Khwaja, a student-athlete from King City, Ontario, currently studies Health Science at York University while also having deep aspirations within the sport of boxing. Raiyan fell in love with sports at a young age, initially playing hockey. He found boxing at the age of 14 and fighting became an outlet for his struggles that inhibited him from playing competitive sports. Coming from an immigrant household, Raiyan is breaking past cultural barriers, not just fighting for himself, but to be a role model for the future generations that come from his community.

While training out of Grants MMA and Boxing Gym under head coach Ryan Grant and Evan Boris, Raiyan has set high goals within the amateur ranks. He aims to be the best in the world and works hard every day in pursuit of this goal. Surrounded by some of the best professional boxers in the world, their expertise, discipline, and success push him to explore his potential in the sport and inspire him to pursue his own path to greatness.
