Thomas Comeau is a seasoned police officer and high-altitude mountaineer from Toronto, Canada, with over 20 years of service in the city’s downtown core. For the past decade, he has combined his passion for mountaineering with advocacy, summiting several 6,000-meter peaks in Ecuador, Nepal, and Africa to raise awareness for First Responder Mental Health. Through his “Road to 8000M Project,” Thomas is preparing to climb Manaslu (8,163 meters) in 2026 while fundraising for Toronto Beyond the Blue.
