Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Milk Chocolate DIESEL New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate
  • 30 g Oat Bran
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp blueberries
  • 1 tsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp Nut Butter

Instructions
 

  • Bring milk and water to boil over medium heat
  • Add oat bran and cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking constantly
  • In a bowl, combine protein powder, chia seeds and cooke doat bran
  • Top with blueberries and hemp seeds
  • Drizzle with nut butter
