Peppermint Mocha Protein Fudge
Not all treats have to be bad for you! Try making this Peppermint Mocha Protein fudge with DIESEL New Zealand Whey Concentrate from PERFECT Sports - you won't be disappointed!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 scoop DIESEL Chocolate Toffee Protein Powder (concentrate)
- 3/4 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee
- 3/4 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Mint Extract
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together. Transfer into loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Top with sprinkles.
- Place in the freezer for a few hours. Cut into squares.
- Serve & enjoy!
