Creatine • Pure & Unflavoured
- 3rd Party Tested for WADA Banned Substances
- Build Muscle + Increase Strength
- Enhance Performance + Support Recovery
100% pure creatine monohydrate
Pure CREATINE contains 100% pure HPLC tested creatine monohydrate, which is the most clinically researched form of creatine commercially available. Creatine significantly increases gains in lean muscle mass, improves workout performance, enhances strength and power, generates ATP (muscle cell energy), stimulates protein synthesis and increases cell volumization.
3rd Party Tested for WADA Banned Substances
The Informed-Choice program and logo allows sport nutrition companies to show that their product has been tested for the presence of a wide range of substances banned in sport by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). The Informed-Choice program is a global standard in the quality control of sports nutrition products.
The certification process initially involves a rigorous assessment of our products, raw materials and manufacturing process, which is done in our own cGMP Health Canada licensed facility.
Creatine builds size, strength & smarts?
Every researcher knows that Creatine is, bar none, the best supplement to boost muscle size and strength faster than any ingredient. Creatine increases the muscle cell’s ability to generate energy rapidly. This allows you to train harder. The result? Your muscles compensate by increasing in strength and size.
What you probably didn’t know is that (the same way Creatine energizes muscles), it also powers brain cells! Research has shown that you can boost your mental capacity through a little-known nootropic called, Creatine!
PERFECT Sports Creatine particles are so small that they are measured in microns! A micron is one thousandth of a millimetre and is also known as a micrometre. These ultra-small particles are 20 times smaller than regular commercially-available Creatine currently on the market.
This micronized Creatine is absorbed faster due to its radically increased level of solubility and is therefore far more efficient – better results with no stomach upset.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Creatine?
Creatine is a combination of three amino acids: glycine, arginine and methionine. Certain foods, such as red meat, contain creatine. However, the amount is small and some can be lost during cooking preparation. Therefore, if you’re looking to increase your body’s stores then you’re better off taking a supplement to do so.
What does Creatine do?
Creatine helps replenish energy supplies in the cell. That is, creatine helps replenish adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the energy source the body uses to perform tasks, such as muscle contraction.
In order for a muscle to contract, an enzyme in the cell cleaves off a phosphate molecule from ATP. The reaction produces energy, which the body uses to fuel the contraction, as well as a phosphate molecule and adenosine diphosphate (ADP).
Muscle cells contain a small amount of ATP (about 3-10 seconds worth) and need to constantly replenish supplies in order to continue to contract. That’s where creatine comes in.
When creatine enters into the cell, it combines with a phosphate molecule to become creatine phosphate (CP). In order for the body to rejuvenate ATP supplies, it requires CP, which donates its phosphate molecule to ADP to form ATP.
What are the benefits of Creatine?
Creatine increases cellular energy levels as well as had been shown to aid in muscle growth, power output and strength development.
What is the best form of Creatine?
While there are a variety of different forms available (buffered, hydrochloride, etc.), creatine monohydrate is the most well studied and no other version has consistently been shown to be superior.
How much Creatine should I take?
To help saturate the muscles with creatine, it’s suggested to follow a loading phase for the first 5-7 days by consuming 20g per day, divided into 4 servings (5g per serving). Afterwards, follow a maintenance phase by consuming 1 serving per day (before or after a workout).
How much water should I consume with Creatine?
Creatine attracts water. This is one of the reasons why muscle cells increase in size with elevated creatine levels. Therefore, if you’re going to supplement with creatine then be sure to consume plenty of water throughout the day (1-2 litres).
