Protein Biscotti Recipe with DIESEL Chocolate Wafer Crisp

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup oat flour
1 scoop DIESEL Chocolate Wafer Crisp
1 ½ tbsp sugar-free syrup
1 egg
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chocolate chips sugar-free

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix together oat flour, DIESEL and baking soda

Add in syrup, egg and vanilla extract

Mix until a dough forms, fold in chocolate chips
Form into a log and place on the baking tray

Bake for 15 minutes to set the dough. Remove and let cool before cutting it into 12 biscotti

Place the biscotti face down, lower the oven temperature to 300F and bake for 5-8 minutes, flipping and baking for another 5-8 minutes until golden brown

Remove and let cool then serve
