PSL Chia Seed Pudding
Pumpkin spice season is here! Make something delicious, and healthy, with DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte Chia Seed Pudding.
- 1 scoop DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Skyr Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1/3 cup Coffee
- 1/4 cup Milk
- whipped cream
- pumpkin spice
- cinnamon sticks
- Combine chia seeds and DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte protein powder, whisk well.
- Add remaining ingredients (yogurt, pumpkin purée, coffee, and milk), mix well. Let stand for 5 mins.
- Mix again and transfer into desired jars/bowls/glasses etc. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
- Once ready to serve, top with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice and garnish with cinnamon stick if desired. Enjoy!
