Ingredients
- 1 scoop DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup Plant Milk
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 whole Apple
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 2 whole Pecans
Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add maple syrup and diced apple. Add a dash of cinnamon and mix everything to combine. Sauté on medium heat mixing frequently. Reduce to simmer and cook until the apples are soft.
- Meanwhile combine oats and milk - whisk to combine. Add water - cook in a saucepan over medium heat whisking frequently. Alternatively cook them in a microwave. Add 1 tbsp of water once oats are about to be done.
