Decadent DIESEL Tiramisu Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 scoop French Vanilla DIESEL New Zealand Whey Protein
- 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 whole Egg white
- 1/3 cup Cold-brew coffee
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 whole Banana
- 1 sprinkle Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Blend rolled oats into flower
- Mix 1 scoop of DIESEL protein, with flax, oat flour, and baking powder.
- Mix egg with cold brew coffee and then add to the mixture from step 2
- Mix into a batter, leave for 10 minutes, then cook 3 medium-sized pancakes
- Blend together the vanilla extract, banana, 2oz of cold brew, and cottage cheese
- Assemble a layered stack, and sprinkle cocoa powder throughout and on top
