Healthier Pumpkin Pie
This decadent pumpkin pie gives you a protein packed option for Thanksgiving with DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte infused! Surprise your family with something tasty and healthy this holiday season!
Ingredients
- 2 scoops DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate
- 450 g Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese Greek Yogurt can be substituted
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sweetener
- 1 splash Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ground Cloves
- 1 pinch Ginger
Instructions
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes
- Reduce to 300 F and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes
- Check that no residue remains on the fork and remove when ready
