

High Protein Vegan PB & J Rice Cakes
Quick snacks can be healthy too! Pick up some DIESEL Vegan Plant Based Protein Powder and make some delicious PB & J Rice Cakes to keep your macros in check!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop DIESEL Vegan Vanilla Ice Dream Plant Based Protein Powder
- 3 whole Rice Cakes
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp Plant Milk
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 pinch Flaky Salt
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
Instructions
- Combine VEGAN DIESEL Vanilla Ice Dream Protein Powder with peanut butter. Add plant milk 1 tbsp at a time. The mixture should be thick but still easily spreadable on the rice cakes.
- Spread the mixture on the rice cakes. Mash berries with the fork on top of the rice cakes.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil and spread on top of the rice cakes. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and/or flaky salt.
- Place in the fridge for at least an hour to set. Serve & enjoy!
