HULK Peanut Butter and Chocolate Protein Pop Tart Oats

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Fudge Brownie HULK Clean Mass Gainer
  • 1 cup Large Flake Oats
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Milk


  • Combine oats and water
  • Microwave until cooked
  • Add coconut flour and HULK Chocolate Fudge Brownie Clean Mass Gainer and mix well
  • Set aside
  • Combine peanut butter with milk and mix until creamy.
  • Add more or less milk depending on how spreadable the mix is
  • Layer half of a container with the oat mixture
  • Spread nut butter mixture on top
  • Cover with the remaining oat mixture
