PSL Chia Seed Pudding

Pumpkin spice season is here! Make something delicious, and healthy, with DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte Chia Seed Pudding.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Skyr Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/3 cup Coffee
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • whipped cream
  • pumpkin spice
  • cinnamon sticks

Instructions
 

  • Combine chia seeds and DIESEL Pumpkin Spice Latte protein powder, whisk well.
  • Add remaining ingredients (yogurt, pumpkin purée, coffee, and milk), mix well. Let stand for 5 mins.
  • Mix again and transfer into desired jars/bowls/glasses etc. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
  • Once ready to serve, top with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice and garnish with cinnamon stick if desired. Enjoy!
