Red Velvet Protein Pancakes
Delicious Red Velvet Pancakes, fortified with DIESEL New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate and PERFECT for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop DIESEL Salted Caramel Protein
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour or Oat Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Mashed Banana
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Red Food Colouring
- Oil Spray for Pan
- 1 full Egg
- 1 oz Milk
- 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients together in bowl and whisk well
- Add mashed banana, egg, food colouring and mix together
- Fry on th epre-heated frying pan for about one minute.
- Flip and cook for another 30 seconds
- In separate bowl, combine greek yogurt and protein powder
- Add sprinkles if desired
