Red Velvet Protein Pancakes

Delicious Red Velvet Pancakes, fortified with DIESEL New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate and PERFECT for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop DIESEL Salted Caramel Protein
  • 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour or Oat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Mashed Banana
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Red Food Colouring
  • Oil Spray for Pan
  • 1 full Egg
  • 1 oz Milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dry ingredients together in bowl and whisk well
  • Add mashed banana, egg, food colouring and mix together
  • Fry on th epre-heated frying pan for about one minute.
  • Flip and cook for another 30 seconds
  • In separate bowl, combine greek yogurt and protein powder
  • Add sprinkles if desired
