MR. MACAU

Joe has built an impressive bodybuilding record competing in Macau championships, Asian championships and the World Bodybuilding Championships. He won 1st overall at the Asian Bodybuilding Fitness and Physique Sports Championship in 2014, then 7th at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships 2015. Over his career, Joe has won an unprecedented 10 Overall Macau Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships between 2010 and 2022 to be unanimously known as THE “MR. MACAU”!

With this feat accomplished, Joe is now taking his expertise in the sport of bodybuilding and training the next generation of athletes to BE GREAT with plans to hit the stage again in coming years. “I often tell my students that in sports competitions, it is not about learning how to win, but learning how to lose.
