Born in Toronto, Canada to parents from Sicily, Italy who inspired him to get into martial arts at an early age, Joe trained in his childhood basement knowing that someday he wanted to get into the ring under those lights. From Tae Kwon Do at age 7, to soccer, jiu jitsu and eventually into kickboxing & Muay Thai at age 19, Joe developed his MMA ability to new feats with every new discipline and sport. Joe rose to fame by becoming the 2014 GLORY Welterweight Champion, IKF World Classic Light Middleweight Champion, CASK Amateur Canadian Middleweight Champion, CAMTAO Super Middleweight Champion and, in 2022, was inducted into the Glory Kickboxing Hall of Fame – showing that he truly embodies the BE GREAT mindset that we honour on Team PERFECT Sports.

Now, Valtellini takes his reputation for the best kicks in the game and his knowledge of strength & conditioning to help others reach their goals in martial arts at his studio in Toronto, Ontario – Bazooka Kickboxing and MMA.
