Online Ambassador: Terms of Service
Becoming a member of the PERFECT Sports Ambassador Program is something that you can apply for if you wholeheartedly believe in our mission: To help people reach their fitness and physique goals by providing them with the highest quality supplements. By supporting the effort, you can help your fans/clients/followers achieve more – you can help them BE GREAT.
Who should apply?
The best PERFECT Sports Ambassadors are people who have firsthand experience using our products and understand how to use them, creatively and effectively. That’s why we encourage you to learn everything you can about our products and how people can integrate them into their nutrition, training and recovery strategies. Those with an in-depth knowledge of our products are well suited to get the word out there in a credible and compelling way.
How can you earn as a part of the team?
We know that people who help us spread the word deserve a big “thank you” and the ability to pass savings on to their fans/clients/followers. In addition to this, we offer a commission on orders placed using your link and/or your coupon code.
When you are accepted into the program, you’ll get your own login and password to our site where you can see your commissions. (Note: There’s a 24-hour delay.) All of the sales that are completed through our site with your link and/or coupon code will be visible through your dashboard.
Commissions that are over $100 by the end of the month are paid out within a week after the month’s end. Commissions under $100 will continue to collect and be paid either quarterly, or at the end of the month once the total is over $100.
Payment will be issued via cheque or, if you’d prefer, as a credit to your personal order.
Your personal order discount will be provided to you at the end of the month. You must be actively promoting within the month to receive the discount at the end of that month.

- Step 3: If you are approved, we will contact you and provide you with your own link and coupon code. Approval is at the sole discretion of PERFECT Sports.
Duties & Rules:
As a part of the Ambassador program, posting regularly helps to show your fans that you stand behind the quality of PERFECT Sports products. Wearing branded gear gives your fans the sense that you belong to a team that you believe in.
Spamming or use of techniques to “game the system” is not permitted. It is essential that you communicate ethically with your audience and gain their trust by being an honest and credible source of information about the supplements you support. We expect that you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
You must declare yourself as a part of the team on the Social Media profile(s) that you use. It must be clear to the people who look you up that you are a part of the team.
Ambassadors cannot represent themselves as an employee of PERFECT Sports. Nor can they create any Social Media accounts purporting to be an authorized PERFECT Sports entity.
Ambassadors cannot use their own coupon together with their Ambassador discount.
Orders placed by you are not eligible for commissions.
By applying to this Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree that no employee/employer relationship is formed. You are an independent affiliate and nothing creates any relationship between you and PERFECT Sports apart from what is explicitly stated herein.
You are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes that result from any money or commissions that you earn. As an Ambassador you do not have the express or implied right or authority to assume or create any obligations on behalf of, or in the name of, PERFECT Sports.
To be eligible, you must be a resident of Canada or the United States. You cannot be a representative or employed by any other supplement company. We are currently only able to accept orders from Canadian residents.
