Ingredients
4 oz unsweetened dark chocolate
2 cups gluten-free quick oats
2 scoops DIESEL Triple Rich Dark Chocolate
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/8 cup ground walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1 pinch of salt
4 g Stevia
3 tbsp egg whites
3 tbsp almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Break up 4 oz of unsweetened dark chocolate into small pieces.

Fill up a pot with 1 inch of water. Place pot on high heat.
Put an appropriately sized, stainless-steel bowl on top of the pot.
While water heats up, mix quick oats, DIESEL, sliced almonds, crushed walnuts, raisins, salt and Stevia into a mixing bowl.

Once water begins to boil, add chocolate to stainless-steel bowl and melt. This should only take a few minutes.

While the dark chocolate melts, add in egg whites, almond milk, apple sauce, peanut butter, honey and vanilla to the mixing bowl.

Once the dark chocolate is melted, add to mixing bowl. Be sure to get as much of the chocolate into the mixing bowl.

Mix contents well so all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Place parchment paper on a square cake pan. Place mixture on top of parchment paper.

Smooth mixture across pan and into the corners.

Put pan in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Cut up into 16 pieces and enjoy!
