Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop DIESEL French Vanilla New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Mashed Banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Strawberry Jam

Instructions
 

  • Combine wet ingredients: butter, banana, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and mix with a spatula
  • Add dry ingredients: flours and baking soda, mix together
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Place the dough into a greased skillet or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Top with chocolate chips and jam
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 325F for 12 minutes
  • Let cool for 1 hour
