- 30 g Oat Bran
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp blueberries
- 1 tsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 tsp Nut Butter
Bring milk and water to boil over medium heat
Add oat bran and cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking constantly
In a bowl, combine protein powder, chia seeds and cooke doat bran
Top with blueberries and hemp seeds
Drizzle with nut butter
