Tropical Pineapple Miso Glaze

Try something new with our BCAAs! The sweet and sour tang of our Intense Hawaiian Pineapple Candy BCAA HYPER CLEAR is the perfect partner to the spice, bite and umami of miso and ginger.
Miso is fermented soybean paste and is commonly found in some of our favourite Japanese dishes including miso soup. You can find it now at your local grocery store in the Asian aisle, but feel free to substitute for a dijon mustard in this recipe.
Use this as a marinade, glaze, dressing or condiment for your favourite proteins and meals! Such as, Sautéed Shrimp with Pineapple Miso Glaze, Pineapple Miso Grilled Chicken Drumsticks or Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Pineapple Miso Dressing are just some of the tasty possibilities!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 0.5 tbsp ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 scoop BCAA HYPER CLEAR Intense Hawaiian Pineapple Candy
  • 0.5 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, puree all ingredients together until smooth
  • Store in airtight container in the fridge until needed
  • Apply to meats or even Brussel sprouts
