Vanilla Blueberry Protein Soufflé Muffin Recipe

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream HULK Clean Mass Gainer
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 4 ounces Apple Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbso Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Pecans optional


  • Combine all dry ingredients together. Whisk well.
  • Add wet ingredients and mix well again.
  • Add blueberries and fold with spatula.
  • Transfer into two lightly greased ramekins. Add pecans.
  • Bake at 375F for 40 minutes
  • Let cool and Enjoy!
