Vanilla Blueberry Protein Soufflé Muffin Recipe
Looking for a calorie dense snack that's packed full of protein? Get yourself some HULK Clean Mass Gainer and mix up some delicious blueberry and vanilla souffle muffins!
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream HULK Clean Mass Gainer
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 4 ounces Apple Sauce
- 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbso Egg Whites
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Pecans optional
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients together. Whisk well.
- Add wet ingredients and mix well again.
- Add blueberries and fold with spatula.
- Transfer into two lightly greased ramekins. Add pecans.
- Bake at 375F for 40 minutes
- Let cool and Enjoy!
