For returns purchased through our website, we will accept unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Really, it should be when you first receive your product, but we’re cool with 30 days.

For exchanges, if you’ve received the wrong product or there was an issue with damage during shipping, contact us right away with the specific details of the issue, your order number and the product(s) affected.
