Get More Out of Every Workout!
The iPREP Pre-Workout Energy Drink contains research-backed ingredients, which help you perform at a higher level! It’s loaded with highly-effective ingredients like Creatine, Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, L-Arginine, L-Tyrosine and Electrolytes. Each ingredient plays an integral role in helping you to train harder and longer:
- Creatine is one of the most well-researched ergogenic aids for athletes. This powerhouse nutrient helps increase muscle size and strength, while providing cellular energy to help you squeeze out more reps.
- Beta-Alanine helps buffer hydrogen ions, which can inhibit muscular contraction.
- L-Citrulline & L-Arginine both have been shown to help increase blood flow and help improve nutrient delivery to, and waste removal from, the working muscles.
- Tyrosine is an amino acid that serves as a precursor to norepinephrine and epinephrine production. These two hormones are part of the “fight or flight” response, which drive up energy levels. Tyrosine has also been shown to increase mental focus and reduce the effects of fatigue.
- Electrolytes help maintain fluid balance and can be loss during intense workouts. Adequate amounts are required to help you stay hydrated and cool.
- …and these are only some of the key ingredients in iPREP.
Consume iPREP before a training session and feel its formula power you through the most intense workouts!
Variable Scoop = More Uses
iPREP provides flexibility in potency to suit your needs. Beginners and people who weigh less than 150 pounds may want to mix up half a scoop in a shaker cup before training. While those with a higher tolerance to stimulants may want to consume a full scoop before their workouts.

iPREP Pre-Workout Energy Drink Ingredient Breakdown
BUILDS MUSCLE • IMPROVES PERFORMANCE • DELAYS FATIGUE
Creatine increases cellular energy levels in muscle tissue. Research has shown that taking creatine helps improve muscle growth, power output and strength development.
IMPROVES PERFORMANCE • DELAYS FATIGUE
This amino acid combines with histidine (another amino acid) in the body to increase carnosine levels. Carnosine buffers hydrogen ions, which build up during exercise and inhibit muscular contraction. Beta-alanine has been shown to improve performance and delay fatigue during exercise.
INCREASES BLOOD FLOW • IMPROVES PERFORMANCE • DELAYS FATIGUE
Research has shown that supplementing with L-Citrulline before a workout has been shown to improve training volume, reduce fatigue and decrease muscle soreness after lifting weights.
SUPPRESSES APPETITE • CARB BLOCKER • FAT BLOCKER
L-Arginine HCl is a direct precursor to nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide is a chemical messenger in the body that signals blood vessels to dilate, which then increases blood flow to the muscles. This helps with nutrient delivery to, and waste removal from, the muscles.
CELL VOLUMIZATION • HYDRATION • SUPPORTS RECOVERY
Taurine, a conditionally essential amino acid, acts as an osmolyte in muscle cells. Osmolytes draw water into the muscle, which increases cell volumization, muscle fullness and sends a signal to initiate the recovery process. This increase in intracellular water also helps the cell maintain proper hydration during training, which is a critical for performance.
INCREASES ENERGY • BOOSTS MENTAL FOCUS • IMPROVES PERFORMANCE
Caffeine stimulates norepinephrine and epinephrine release. Both of these neurotransmitters prepare the body for the hard-training session to come. Caffeine also has been shown to increase mental focus and performance.
Synephrine is typically added to fat-loss formulas. However, this stimulant has been shown to improve performance during moderate- to high-intensity weight training by increasing the number of reps performed. The result has been shown to be even better when stacked with caffeine. This combination has also been shown to reduce perceived exertion during training.
FIGHTS FREE RADICALS • IMPROVES CONCENTRATION
Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that helps fight against free radicals, which can form after exhaustive exercise. Vitamin C also has a potent anti-anxiety effect, which has been shown to improve concentration.
ADRENAL SUPPORT • BOOSTS MENTAL FOCUS • REDUCES FATIGUE
Tyrosine is an amino acid that serves as a precursor to norepinephrine and epinephrine production. These two hormones are part of the “fight or flight” response, which drive up energy levels. Tyrosine has also been shown to increase mental focus and reduce the effects of fatigue.
SUPPORTS RECOVERY • AIDS HYDRATION
During exercise, we lose electrolytes when we sweat. Electrolytes, such as calcium, potassium and sodium, help regulate fluid balance in the body and are essential for muscular contractions. Maintaining electrolyte balance helps you perform at your best.
