Valentines Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie
Trying to stay healthy on Valentines Day? Try this delicious DIESEL New Zealand Whey Isolate Protein packed chocolate chip cookie for two!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop DIESEL French Vanilla New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Mashed Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Strawberry Jam
Instructions
- Combine wet ingredients: butter, banana, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and mix with a spatula
- Add dry ingredients: flours and baking soda, mix together
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Place the dough into a greased skillet or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Top with chocolate chips and jam
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 325F for 12 minutes
- Let cool for 1 hour
